Book is great.. diet is great

Book is great .. diet is great .. however, book was not really in "very good" condition, it was very aged and yellow. But I really do love the diet .. it's foods I love to eat .. lots of fruits and veggies and although it's very low calorie the weekends are larger so I feel like I have some splurge days. 1st week .. down 3 lbs; on to week 2 now.

I started out on the original Hilton Head Metabolism Diet when a friend had suggested the Over-35. I was following the original diet and doing quite well with it. When I looked at the Over-35 diet I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit for me because it seemed a little harder to follow. But I have lost a total of 36 pounds and still have 15 to go. This diet is not for everyone but it has been the best and most successful for me. If you stick with it and stay focused you will succeed with this diet!!!!

Outstanding Diet

Eighteen years ago I took the "Hilton Head Metabolism Diet" and lost 38 lbs. in six weeks. I made the mistake of not completing the diet by sticking to the maintenance plan, and not exercising on a regular basis; thus I gained a great deal of that weight back. During the course of my regular medical check up, it was noted that my cholesterol level had risen to 207. I decided to go back on the diet and this time I would complete it. I bought the "Hilton Head over 35 Diet" this time, and 10 weeks later I went from 200 lbs. to 164, but best of all I had lowered my cholesterol level from 207 to 119. The worse part is I had to buy a bunch of new clothes, but The diet is a winner in my opinion. This time, I promised myself to COMPLETE IT! By the way, my wife also went on the same diet and has lost 32 lbs. and is only 8 lbs. from her goal.
